PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

1. PRE-ORDERS When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently in production or awaiting stock.

• Cancellation Period: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been processed for shipping.

• How to Cancel: To cancel your pre-order, please contact us at info@memekeychains.co with your order number.

• Automatic Refunds: Once your cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2. MODIFICATIONS If you need to change the shipping address or the specific variant of a pre-ordered item, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, once an order enters the fulfillment stage, no further modifications can be made.

3. DELAYS Production timelines for pre-order items are estimates. In the event of a significant delay (more than 30 days beyond the original estimated shipping date), we will notify you via email. At that point, you will have the option to either maintain your pre-order or cancel it for a full refund.
