    Thank you for shopping at Meme Keychains. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

    1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

    2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS and reliable international carriers to ensure your memes arrive safely.

    3. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

    If your order contains a "Pre-order" item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.

    • Estimated Shipping Date: Listed on the product page.

    • Mixed Orders: If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

    4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌎 Whether you are in Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, we’ll get your keychain to you. Please note that shipping times for international orders are typically 7-14 business days depending on your location.

    5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

    Meme Keychains is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    6. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    7. DAMAGES

    Meme Keychains is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    8. SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

    We proudly ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

     

     



    Please be advised that all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that the product prices and shipping fees displayed on our website do not include any local taxes, VAT, import duties, or customs clearance fees.

    These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict the exact amount of these fees. By placing an order, you agree to cover all costs associated with importing the goods into your country.

    In the event that a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, we will not be able to offer a full refund. Any costs incurred by the return shipping and administrative fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
